Zero Harm Workplaces

PMP Limited has joined more than 80 other New Zealand companies to sign a Zero Harm Workplaces pledge demonstrating PMP's public commitment to improving health and safety across its business.

The pledge has been developed by the Business Leaders' Workplace Health and Safety Forum, of which PMP New Zealand is a founding member.

The Forum is a coalition of business and government leaders, working together to achieve improvement in health and safety across New Zealand.

The Forum creates and delivers opportunities for business leaders to:

·         Measure themselves against world-class safety leadership through the Forum’s work programme

·         Identify where the shared leadership gaps are as leaders in health and safety and work to fill those

·         Learn from peers and share knowledge and experience across the Forum

The pledge was officially signed at a function attended by the Prime Minister, Hon John Key, and the Minister of Labour, Hon Kate Wilkinson, in Auckland in July.

Peter Browne, PMP (NZ) Limited’s Executive General Manager has played an active role in the development of this forum as a member of the Executive Steering Group.
